How much are the shipping costs?
We have a flat rate charge of $10.00 for all domestic orders up to $399.99. Please see our shipping chart for more detailed information.
Do you ship to Asia/ South America, etc.?
We ship to any destination in the world.
How long does it take to get my items?
We ship your items within 24 hours after your order is received. Delivery to North America, South America and Australia takes about 15 business days, to Western Europe – about 8-10 business days. Items are shipped by Priority Postal or Global Postal depending on the location.
Can you send me the tracking number?
Yes. After your items are shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Do you sell returns?
No. Due to health risks, all sales are final except for manufacturers defects.
Will you send me any SPAM or rent out my e-mail address if I become a customer and purchase from you?
You will get from us only newsletters with our new releases and specials. We do not lease out or sell e-mail addresses of our customers/ subscribers to third parties.
How to unsubscribe from your mailing list ?
Just go to our newsletter page, enter your name and e-mail address and click Unsubscribe. We will remove you from the list.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be
reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be
reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Two Sexy Lingerie only accepts
returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process.
What guarantees can you give me?
You are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection Policy against Fraud (You will be reimbursed in full in case of non-delivery or poor quality of the product). You can also get the refund from credit card processing company.

Enter your name and e-mail address into the combo (available on home page at the right top corner and on newsletter page) and click Subscribe. We will keep you updated about all our new products and specials. It is easy to unsubscribe from our list if you decide to do that.
